August 2010. pharmtrace relocate from Friedrichstraße to new offices (Alt Moabit 60, 10555 Berlin). The new offices are also located in the central Berlin area and can be easily reached by public transport connections. Relocation to new bigger premises necessitated by increased staff number in response to continued success in winning new studies.
July 2010. pharmtrace, together with 4 partners, receives public funding for the AQUADIC project from the "KMU innovativ" program of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The AQUADIC project aimes at optimizing the collection, quality control, storage and controlled visualization of radiological images for scientific analysis. February 2010. Defined - together with experts from the pharmtrace imaging network - the technical prerequisites for the qualification of clinical and imaging centers for an 800 patient cancer study which involves invasive therapeutic interventions and CT and MRI imaging

August 2009. Blinded read and truth panel assessment successfully completed (start to finish - 6 weeks - from initial discussion to provision of completed statistical analysis) in time for review by EMEA
May 2009. pharmtrace all SOPs updated to improve operational efficiency and adaptability of working procedures focused on robust information collection, evaluation and exchange systems between pharmtrace, clinical/imaging centres and study sponsors. New procedures allow pharmtrace to adapt its SOPs, whilst maintaining quality and data integrity, to take account of sponsors’ internal systems
February 2009. pharmtrace awarded contract to assist with the design, protocol preparation and study set-up (incl. imaging site qualification and selection criteria) for an 800 patient multinational clinical trial with multiple end-points including imaging
